What PC components can cause a beep? I've noticed my computer has been giving off a short beep like every 15-30 minutes. Instead of a beep its more like a bep.

Bep noices usually come from your motherboard. What is yours? The manual sometimes gives hints on what causes beeps.

An Asus Z87-A (the yellow one, not blue), I will try to see if I can find the manual.

Edit: The manual is MIA from the box.. Uh oh.
