[SOLVED] What PC is better?

What should I choose between those:

1. I5-9600KF + RTX 2070, with 16GB RAM at 3200Mhz, Chipset Intel Z390, PSU 600W ( the processor is cooled by a liquid cooler )

2. AMD Ryzen 7 3700X + RX 5700-XT, with 16GB RAM at 3000Mhz, Chipset B450, PSU 750W


I can't decide wich one of them is better, please help me :/
I mention that the first system has a liquid cooler for the cpu.

Make and model of the psu’s? Quality is very important.
What exact water cooler, some are fairly inefficient.

Personally I prefer the 3700x, I don’t feel an i5 is a good buy. I also prefer the 2070 because of better drivers. An idea, can you get a Ryzen 3600/3600x and a 2070?

3700X for sure. There's no reason to invest in Z270 right now. 3700X will guarantee a lot more upgrade options when Ryzen 4 is released. 9400KF is the end of the line for that CPU cycle and will be replaced with LGA 1200 soon.

Unfortunately I can't get a 3600/x + 2070. Both systems have CoolerMaster PSU. First model is MasterWatt Lite, the second one is a MWE GOLD FULL MODULAR.

Neither psu is terrible but the MasterWatt Lite is a negative, I would not pick it for a gaming build. If the water cooler is similar quality it’s a negative and not a positive for the build. Out of those 2 systems I’d definitely pick #2.
