What PC racing sims rival GT / FM with regards graphics?

I've enjoyed GT / FM a lot over the years and I'm now about to take the plunge to get into PC racing sims. I'm planning on buying a powerful PC and all.

I know Project CARS and Assetto Corsa have got great graphics but they're not properly playable yet.

My question is: what other PC sims have got graphics as good as GT and FM?

Personally, I'm not into playing online so, for example, iRacing is not a solution for me.

Is rfactor2 at the level of GT5? Raceroom Racing Experience? Simraceway?

I've watched YouTube vids to try and see what the graphics are like but it's not that easy to tell.

Your opinions will be much appreciated.

PC isn't great for those console style Arcade/Sim hybrids.

Those games are heavy sims, nothing like Forza. They are OK, but there is very little customization. You just go around a track, over and over...
