Question what pc should i buy for 2019

hello guys which one is better for gaming in 1080p with 144hz monitor. Should i look for 2070 8gb and only 8gb of ram or should i get 2060 wit 6gb but with 16GB RAM

At 1080p, yes. The faster CPU and faster RAM will get you the framerates you want.

At 1080p the bottom is better, but i think the top is better overall. Slightly slower but newer processor, and a bit faster gpu.

The bottom one has the overall best but just an overkill PSU which is just useless.

Both are good but going for the bottom one gives you more futureproofing because you've got your new RTX2060 which kills anything you put at it 1080p wise as the top ppl are saying, 16gb of ram, a nice overclock-able CPU, more storage and to top it off a cool Mobo.
