Hey guys, I was worried that my friends were right/wrong in one way or another so I decided to ask the pros on their opinions.
2 People I know are willing to sell their PCs at the same price. I'll only list the 4 main components, CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD and someone tell me which one is better for gaming in general?

GTX 950 Zotac Amp

I was originally leaning towards the 2nd computer as it was slightly more balanced in terms of CPU GPU. But then some guys told me that in Gaming GPU>CPU most of the time, so then I thought the first choice was better. Can somebody help me? This PC isn't going to be future-proofed or anything, it's just for school work and playing the games of today, DX11 and stuff. Sorry if I do sound like an amateur, that's because I am, lol.
Oh, and is a Wireless Card needed for Wifi? As in you must have it to connect to wifi rather than using cable?
