Hello there. I will build my first gaming PC on a budget. I have selected a scheme based on that, but I would like to know if you think I have made the right decision.

I live in Spain, my budget is 400 €

Case: Coolbox M25 MicroATX
Motherboard: Asrock FM2A55M-VG3+
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 740 3.2Ghz
Memory: 2 x Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3 1333MHz PC3-10600 CL9
GPU: Sapphire R7 260X OC 2GB GDDR5
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3
Power Supply: B-Move 500W (Would use the 4 pin adapter on this).
Disc Drive: Liteon iHAS124-14
Wireless: TP-LINK TL-WN851ND 300Mbps 11n
Card Reader: B-Move BM-CR07

I currently have a nice LED TV, 29" and 1366x768 that I will use as monitor with HDMI.

Any ideas will help, I am only 15 years old and I do not have help where I live.

Solution
This was the cheapest I could get using the PC Part Picker Spain option:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-3240 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor (€91.95 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: ASRock B75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (€61.00 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory (€94.90 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€51.90 @ Amazon Espana)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 1GB Superclocked Video Card (€126.98 @ Amazon Espana)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 371 ATX Mid Tower Case (€55.80 @ Amazon Espana)
Power...
Pay a bit more money for a better case and power supply - you don't want to trust your new rig to cheap plastic and a no name power supply - that will end very badly. You probably also won't need the card reader so you can put that money to better components. What store are you buying from?

Solution
Thanks for your effort, seems a nice build, but that exceeds my budget by 150€ 🙁
Edit: My brother could have spare 8GB, Hard disk and 600w power supply to give to me. That would mean 400€ to gpu, cpu, case and mobo...
