Is the first build out of stock? If so, that's not much of a choice, especially if you rather not build your own for the same price.

Both are about equal, although the Cyberpower has a faster video card, but a slightly worse CPU. If you can get a system with the i3 CPU and the 7770 card that would be best for you.
