Hello, so i have an acer aspire x3990. You might know the problem(s) with this computer.
But I am still going to write them down: 220W powersupply, small case, small motherboard and no information (as far as i could find) on the internet. But now I might want to upgrade it because the Gt 510 will not run Gta V. But to upgrade a video card you need to know what pci-e the moterboard has so it wont bottleneck the video card. So my question is what pci-e does the aspire x3990 from acer have?

Solution
Shouldn't matter as it's all backwards compatible. You can run a PCI-E 3.0 card in a PCI-E 1.0 slot. However, given your power supply, the only card I would possibly recommend would be a Low-Profile GT730 and there is no guarantee that:

1) It will work in your system.
2) It's worth the cost of the upgrade as the game will not likely be playable.

Save your money and build/buy a new system.
