What PCI Express does this mobo have?

I'm looking at this motherboard:

On the specs it says:
"1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
2 x PCI Express x1 slots
(The PCI Express slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)"

Now I know PCI Express x16 is backwards compatible. Does this mean that the mobo that has a PCI Express x16 1.0 but it also works with PCI Express 2.0 Cards? Or does it mean it has PCI Express x16 2.0 outright?

It has one PCI-E 16x 2.0 slot and two PCI-E 1x 2.0 slots.
