What performance will i get with my new 7750 ?

i just recently upgraded my old PC with a new 7750 from an old 3450 onboard, and the improvement is huge in games like dota 2 and gw2

what performance can i expect in games like far cry 2, assassins creed 2, (red alert 3, tiberium wars 3, aoe 3 = pretty sure these will be maxed)
i need to know if the performance wil at least be decent before i download them and use up my bandwidth for the month

i have a 1680x1050 resolution monitor so i think that that isnt too high
