what ports do I use on the sapphire 280x toxic for a three monitor setup

So I'm planing on using the dvi ports for two o the monitors but I'm confused for the third monitor, it says I need the display port connected. I'm using monitors I already have so they're all different manufacturers. But when it says to connect the monitor to the display port do I just get a displayport to dvi cable and connect it that way?
