While under gaming loads, the GTX 1060 averages 125W, the i7 8700k overclocked consumes 72W, and the rest of the system may consume ~30W. This is also evident in real-world
testings, where an OC 8700K + GTX 1060 system was measured to consume 242W from the wall while gaming. That's ~220W of real system power consumption when we factor PSU efficiency.
The system with 8700K OC + 1080ti would consume ~350W while gaming.
A good 450W PSU is plenty for your current GTX 1060 system. A 550W PSU would even allow for a GTX 1080ti.
