when choosing a PSU you may hear to not spend to much money but I cannot stress enough of ow important a good quality power supply is. When buying parts I recommend getting the CPU, PSU and Motherboard first. the one i7 baby recommends is a vry good PSU from a reputable brand. Corsair is also good and they really set the standard in Customer feedback.

so my friend if i buy the corsair power suply i am covered because i dont have another 40 dollars for tthis i7baby recomends

Corsair is not as good as Seasonic. It's your choice.
