Here's my rig:
GPU: GTX 770 Super Clocked 2GB (Looking at 4GB but don't know yet)
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K
RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD/2TB Seagate HDD
Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R (If you recommend a different good case, I'm open to suggestions)

The motherboard I'm looking at is the "Z87 Extreme3" by ASRock but I don't know if this will work with my rig. I'm looking to spend about $100-$150 on a motherboard and I would like it to be at least an Intel Z87 chipset.

For the power supply, I'v been looking at Corsair 750W but I don't know which one to get or if I should even get Corsair. I'd only like to spend $100-$130 on a power supply, but I want it to be good quality.

Thanks in advance 😀

The new Z97 motherboards give you good performance, the ASrock was rated best buy by Tom's.
For the Graphics card you could go 4Gb but only if you plan on SLI later.

That's why I suggested a good 850W PSU which is more then enough for your build so can SLI your Gtx 770 later.
