What power supply cables are REQUIRED to make the pc run

I hooked up my first build and, nothing happened. I tried again and same result. Ive already tested the psu and that's fully functional but there are some cables I didn't use.
They are,
6+2 vga
1 1/2 data cables (I used one connected for the ssd)
This wierd looking one with 4 connecters, 3 of them have 4 holes and one has a 4 pin
And I have integrated graphics

If you want the PC to boot up without windows and just be able to see the bios, then all you need is 24 pin and the cpu power connector for the power supply. GPU and power to the drives are not needed.
