What Power supply is going to be compatible with a gtx 770 4gb that has a 6 pin connector and a 8 pin connector and is also compatible with a gigabyte GA-H110-D3A that has a 8 pin atx and a standard 24 pin atx? And would I be able to install 3 hard drives and a dvd drive with this particular setup?

Solution
This is the least expensive "good" model, that will meet all your needs and have all the connectors you require.

But THIS, would be a LOT better quality unit than that one. It is however about ten bucks more than your 70 dollar budget, but you do get a 20 dollar mail in rebate which EVGA is very good about honoring so long as you do it right away and don't wait two months after your purchase to try and send it in...
What is your budget for the PSU (Cheap as possible isn't a budget either, I need to know what you can actually afford to spend on a power supply so I can recommend a unit that is the best option in that price range) and what country are you in so I can recommend something that will actually be available to you?

Will you be doing any overclocking of the CPU or graphics card?

Budget is around the 60 to 70 doller range just as long as it has all the connectors I need to power everything. I do not plan on over clocking the gpu. And I'm in the US
