what power supply do i need?

how much power do i need for:

radeon HD 7770
amd fx 4100 3.6ghz
4gb ram
465gb hard drive
biostar mother board

i really need help, does anyone have a rough answer?

You system doesn't need much power. A 300 to 400watt psu is more than enough. The quality of the psu is more important. Antec, Corsair, Seasonic and XFX are quality brands.
