I'm soon going to build my first PC and I was thinking of buying a Corsair CX 650W until I heard that the CX series is really bad and I can't find a good enough PSU for these parts.

Motherboard: MSI Z270-A Pro, Socket-1151

Processor: Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB

Case: Fractal Design Define S Black

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Kylare

Graphics card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970

I'm pretty sure I want a 650W power supply but I don't know which one.

depends on your budget

EVGA SuperNOVA G3 would be the top choice followed by a Corsair RMx, an EVGA G2 / GS or XFX XTR
if your budget is somewhat limited go for a Seasonic G or a XFX TS Gold or an Antec Truepower Classic

also unless you get it for like 170$, don't go for a GTX970, get a 1060 or an AMD Rx480

The thing is, I already have a 970 from my previous computer and I can't afford a new graphics card so the 970 will have to do for a while. And thanks for the suggestions, I think I will go with the EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3, 650W PSU even though it's more expensive than I planned, I hope it's really good :)
