I am building in a Prodigy M and am unsure of what power supply to get. I will be overclocking an i5-4670K and GTX 770. The unit must be semi-modular and I would like it to be under $70.

I was looking at these before but can't seem to confirm if they support Haswells low power states. Newegg lists them as Haswell ready, but that doesn't tell me much. Any idea?
