What power supply should i get?

im not sure what power supply to get, i was going to get something very cheap with 900w or so for around $20, but i heard dont go for anything cheap since a psu is extremely important.

specs:

cpu: i3 3225
hdd: WD 1TB
mobo: MSI Z77A-G41 Z77
gpu: Gigabyte GV-N65TOC-2GD 2GB GTX650
case: Coolermast SGC1000

will these be sufficient? i heard to go for antec or corsair, i live in aus, so i cant get anything from newegg.

i was thinking:

Antec vp 550w or 650w

antec neo eco 520w or 620w

corsair vs650w

or something else?
