I would get a better PSU that has more Amps on the 12v rail, just in case you want to upgrade in the future. Something like this:

That OCZ PSU is old, like 6+ years old. Don't do it. Also, don't get shafted by Best Buy. I left your motherboard selection but swapped up you to a 3770k, and picked a great little XFX supply for your system. The parts you listed came out to $1120, this list only comes out to $925 which leaves you room to move to a better motherboard or GPU and still remain within budget.
