Why are you getting outdated parts?
Also don't get a reference card, get a non reference as they have better cooling.
Also you getting an expensive case when there are better option at your budget.
550W is enough for single gpu setup. Good brands are: Antec, Coolermaster V series, Corsair( Not VS, CX or CS series. They have cheap caps), Seasonic or XFX
