What power supply should I get?

Hello, I am currently building (ordering parts is more like it) for a system, an I am stuck of what PSU I should get. People recommended me some but I would like to know why they did and how they made the calculations so I can know how to do it by myself

well, here are the specs.

First I have my case. IN WIN MANA 136 (2 120 mm fans, 1 is LED other is not)

So will that PSU power it all? and how do you come to that conclusion?, Thanks for your help once again!

THANKS! Oh, and don't worry about the describing of how you found it. I saw the sticky at the top of this forum. I will check back here to see if this tool has recomended the best type of PSU that will fit my needs

395 watts it said. Is that correct? can someone check my work?

Yes Actually a 400W PSU can power your system but you won't have a chance for OCing, Overclocking draws more wattage in your system. Also when the system in Load it draws much more power than that "392W" So you're fine with that 650W PSU.

I'm not really into OCing, I feel as if I will break something and if I ever do it correctly I will have to do it to every component in my computer.
