I cant make up my mind. my budget at this point is 50-100$ I do not not know if 550W is enough or if I need 650W? also if you see anything else in the computer I should change just tell me:) my budget is around 1500$ Canadian.

I would change it to a Seasonic Focus Gold 650W, good quality unit with 7 year warranty and plenty of power for the build. I also changed to SSD as it is faster and slightly more storage for cheaper. I also recommend changing the motherboard unless you know that Gigabyte has been updated to support the 3rd Gen. Some of MSI's boards such as the Tomahawk allow you to update the BIOS without a CPU which is why I put that into your build. These changes put you right at the $1500 mark.

4 connections for fans, 1 for the CPU. If more are required then you can get a PWM fan splitter or fan hub.
