Solution
and these are peak loads, which you wont be at 75% of teh time, peak load at 90% is fine for PSU
your peak load is now 60% your average load even less, 650w equal perfect for your build, even with OC
Seasonic X-750 can run dual 980TI.
If you have budget for a X-650, go for it. 7 years of warranty, all japanese capacitor, full modular. Also you can draw 648 watt in the 650W psu. Very good psu.
But if you find the EVGA 650 G2 for same or less money than the X-650, go for it. One of the best psu on market right now with 10 years of warranty. Can't go wrong with G2.

Gnuffi, I don't like doing sli nor crossfire due bad experience in the past, I'm plannig to overclock only the cpu i5 2500k to 4.3ghz.
And in few month upgrade the cpu and motherboard.

In this case the 650w is still enough?

yes tier 1 psu will do that fine, both evga supernova g2 and seasonic x series are tier 1, "stronk" psu's will serve you good for overclocks, and any GTX single card, TI or Titan, even AMD power hungry card if you want one day

i5 2500K - 95W
GTX 970 - 145W
3 drives - 60 W (20W for each, approximate. can be less.)
Each fan draws close to 2W
Close to 300W. Max will be about 350W. However load you put.

EDIT: Sorry, did not see you have two DVD drives. Still well under 350W. Max will never exceed 400W, even if you play games, use all HDD and DVD drives.

PSU calculations sites factor others stuff in, and dont forget, some of them sites want to sell you a PSU so they "fluff" the numbers up a bit sometimes to sell you bigger PSU

and remember these are tier 1 PSU chosen, so dont worry
