Question What powersupply is good for rtx 4090 or 4080?

I am looking forward to buy rtx 4080 or 4090. What Psu will be perfect. I have my eyes on 2 of them, Corsair Rm1000x and Nzxt c1000 Which one is better or else any other brand which is much efficient.

How old is the RM1000e(if the unit's been in use)? If it's been in service for a while, what did it power throughout it's lifecycle. If you're buying a PSU alongside the GPU, you're advised to have a 1.2KW unit when you want to work with the RTX4090.
