What is the price difference that will prevent you from choosing a memory stick with lower CAS, given same frequency?

Example:

1. Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 CL17 UDIMM CT8G4DFD824A.
2. Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHz CL16 CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R.
3. Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL15 HX424C15FB/8.

Price difference:
Between #1 and #2 is 1.7 USD.
Between #2 and #3 is 4.3 USD.
(Between #1 and #3 is 6 USD.)

What would you choose?
How high the price difference needs to be in order to stay with a higher-CAS memory?

Hi,

Thank for your answer.

Indeed I know that I need low CAS (which is better).

But what is the price difference which makes it unprofitable ?
I don't have relatively good intuition on CAS as I have on frequency..
