What Processor should I get?

I have a GTX 770 4GB, and I don't know if I should get the i5 4670k or the i7 4770k. What is the better choice so I don't bottleneck my GPU?

Bottleneck a GTX 770 will require a CPU as low end as a FX-4130.

Bottleneck isn't something that happens often, unless we are talking about a $350 GPU and a $100 CPU.

For example even an Athlon X4 750K won't be a bottleneck for GTX 750 Ti.
