Processor is intel only, right now my old cpu is really limiting gtx 750 ti. And need something good for gaming and it work fine with 750 ti and 980 ti.

Solution
An i3 2120 shouldn't bottleneck a 750ti too much. I've seen that i3 work just fine with a GTX660ti for a long time.

I recommend grabbing a used 2nd or 3rd gen i5 or i7.
As stated, you will need an i5 or better to not bottleneck a 980ti.

If you currently have a socket 1150 board then go ahead and get a 4th generation CPU. If you have anything else (and thus requiring a full motherboard change) then it is pointless to get a 4th gen Haswell platform when the 6th gen Skylake cpu has almost no price difference but a decent performance jump.

Its socket 1155, i3-2120, will change mobo for the processor that fit most.
