What PSU do I need 500w or 600w

I want to know which psu to get Silverstone Strider 500W ST50F-ES or coolermaster thunder 600w my pc specs are:
cpu: i5 4670
gpu:galaxy geforce gtx 670
motherboard: asrock h87m-pro4
ssd: sandisk ultra 256

That should be sufficient for you.

Those 2 are your only option?

Quality 500W is still more than fine for this system spec, 170W GTX + 84W I5 + ~50 W for the rest = 300W. Divide it by PSU efficiency (0.8) and you have max PSU power around 400W. Anything above that is just fine, the brand and pricing is your choice.
