Hello,
Right now I have an Asus Gtx 960 4GB, which only has one 6-pin connector. I'm going to get an extra 960 soon but I'll also have to get a new PSU. Can I just buy any kind of PSU with two 8/6-pin connectors or do I need to get some kind of special PSU to be able to run SLI?
Thanks!

You are asking the PSU to do a lot of work so it needs to be good quality in proper power range. For GTX 960 SLI with an Intel CPU you need 600-650 watts minimum. If you are overclocking a bit more power would be better. This unit from EVGA is high quality and very good price with rebate-

Have you considered selling your 960 and getting a 970 or 980. Either will work on a good quality 500w so you may not need to buy a new PSU.

Sli with 2 low end cards is not recommended as a single card can do the same job without the issues that come with sli. Also not all games support sli

I was thinking to buy the be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W CM will that be a good one?

Yeah I for sure thought about it, but with those 2 cards in SLI, I'll almost be able to get 980 performance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWUz1nE7ciM if you're interested) and it will cost me about the same.

If it costs the same then get the 980. No sli driver problems, will run cooler, use less power and just less hassle. Its your choice but I know what I would do, single 980
