What PSU do I need?

Hello everyone, I'm buying a new PC soon and I don't know what PSU to get.

The system components are the following:
- i5 4670k
- Gigabyte GA-Z87P-D3
- Palit GeForce GTX 770 Jetstream 2GB
- Crucial Ballistix BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU
- Samsung 840 series Pro 128GB
- A 500GB HDD
- A DVD burner

Something around 550W such as a Seasonic G-series or XFX would be good for that build.

Would the XFX Pro 550 watt be good? And would I be able to overclock?

Yes, that's a good PSU, and your ability to overclock would not be affected by that PSU, i.e. it would be sufficient for any stable OC you are likely to reach.

Of this site from XFX it says the 550w isn't haswell ready. Could this really become a problem?

Perhaps. Most PSUs require a certain load on them to work properly. Haswell uses so little power when idle that it may not be enough. You will therefor want a PSU known to work for Haswell, although adding extra fans might be enough.
