What PSU do I need?

Im making a new build but dont know what PSU I need. The system consists of: OS: Win7 CPU: i5-4670K CPU AirCooler: Coolmaster TPC 812 MOBO: Sabertooth Z87 RAM: Kingston 8GB 4x2 HDD: Seagate 1TB GPU: HD7750 Optical Drive: Asus DVD-E818A7T Case: NZXT or ThermalTake (havent decided which so I havent got it yet).

All Im wondering is what PSU should I get. My budget for the PSU will be about $100 and would prefer one thatll handle a little extra for when I add a better Video Card, SSD, and maybe a fan or two down the road. Again all I want to know is what PSU would be best suitable.

You really don't need anything over 400 watt for that setup, however since you want a better psu for the future I would suggest this -

The XFX 550w is a great unit, but it's not Haswell compatible. The XFX Core Edition PRO650W, however, is $10 more (still well within your budgetary constraints) and gives you even more options for the future.

Actually, allot of people use the XFX 550 with haswell builds.

I read too many bad reviews about XFX to really want one so something else suggested would be great!

Ive noticed all the PSU's suggested seems to be getting bad reviews and it also seems like people are always having problems with the PSU's suggested breaking down. Makes me think either the manufactures of it arent doing well at making it or Newegg (the site all suggest to order from) ships a lot of defective computer components to people.
