what psu do i need

Your GPU will use 218w at peak, your cpu will use 84w at peak.

You would be be fine with a 450w psu. If you want some upgrade room for a better graphics card later, get a 550w.
Try to get a XFX, Antec or Seasonic PSU or go by this list.

If you could manage to somehow get 700w out of your build, I would personally be astounded 😛

You can't overclock your CPU, so if you overclocked your GPU, even on a 450w I think you would still be alright.

How do you think you will pull 700w out of this build?

and 600 watts is beyond overkill for this intel build, single gpu that isn't going to be overclocked. I'm pretty I've seen some build which do 2 gpus on a 620w intel build.

The reason they recommend you 500-600w is just because of the very bad power supplies out there.
