Secondary side capacitors are a mix of Samxon and Teapo. A lot of people like to complain about these being used in power supplies due to low cost. But, low cost does not equal low quality. No, I wouldn't use Teapo or Samxon to recap my motherboard. But honestly... they're usually good enough for SMPS work.

however yes, the seasonic made XFX are the best budget PSUs.

The CX series works well out of the box. Time and heat are it's enemies this is why it reviewed so well when it released. Plus most of the production units used capxon(not in the unit reviewed), in all the failed CXs I have inspected it was a capxon cap that had failed. The jonnyguru review is why I bought some. Unfortunately all 5 died, 4 within the first year.
