what psu for fx6300 & HD7790 directcu 2 oc 1GB?

I have a stock blueberry psu that has "560w" but, when I multiplied volts with current I got only 380-390watts. And when Im gaming I hear a weired noise, like current flow, dont know if it is the gpu or the psu... what psu you recommend for that setup? At the asus website they said of about 450w as minimum. Thanks alot! cheers
