JonnyGuru, himself, said you can't compare a review done in 2011 with one done in 2016. You're talking about the CX750M that is using a different CWT platform than the new CX450M. JonnyGuru hasn't even reviewed the new CX450M.

JonnyGuru's review for the Super Flower Golden Green isn't even the same model as the Super Flower Golden Green HX that the OP has in their parts list. The Golden Green HX uses cheaper lower quality components.

System Power Supply Requirements for a single NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 1060
NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater system power supply. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)
the system power supply must also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 25 Amps or greater
the system power supply should also have at least one 75-Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Super Flower Golden Green HX 450W (SF-450P14XE(HX))
OEM: Super Flower
maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating: 37 Amps <===== More than sufficient
two 150-Watt (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors <===== More than sufficient
Full/Semi-Modular Output Cables: No
Passes Official Intel Haswell Compliance Test: Yes
80 PLUS GOLD Efficiency Certification

As you can see it's way more than enough to handle your system configuration.
