If you are willing to do mail-in rebates, Newegg currently has this nice 750 watt Seasonic Focus Plus Gold for the same price after $25 rebate. It's a well-received power supply with a 10-year warranty...

Edit: Also, you might consider skipping out on the 1TB hard drive, and moving your SSD up to a 1TB model. Something like one of these, for example...

Or, if you need more bulk storage, move your hard drive up to 2TB, since they don't cost that much more than the 1TB drives.

Also, do you own the GTX 1080 already, or are you getting it for a much better price than what's shown on PCPartpicker? If not, you should probably go with one of Nvidia's newer 20-series RTX cards instead. Supplies of 10-series cards are dwindling, so the prices are rising, and it doesn't make much sense to pay nearly as much for a GTX 1080 as what an RTX 2080 costs.
