Well that's a problem with the product, not the OEM. Please stop blaming the OEM next time. Also it's very hard to tell that the capacitors are "much lower quality", all capacitor tier list are BS. We need a couple of years to conclude the quality of a particular brand of capacitor. Sure the S12III is a quirky product, it has dual mag amp on 2021, which is weird and uncompetitive. It's just that your reasoning is kind of innacurate,Because it ends up being worse than its predecessor in many ways. Sure it has partial dc-dc, but it has much lower quality components like caps. It's just not a unit I can reccomend.
My budget is like 75-80$ and I'm living in Serbia, here are all power supplies in best store in my country...
Not really. The Corsair CX550 only costs a few dollars more and is a better model.I plan to buy Sapphire NITRO RX 470 OC so i need new PSU since my current LC Power 500W is not enough.
Is Seasonic S12III Bronze 500W good buy?

A crap product from Delta is still crap and a good product from someone who usually makes crap is still good (Thermaltake TP PF1 for example).
The best way to make PSU recommendation is to tell us your budget and where you are from. Provide us with a local online store for reference.

Overall, it's not any better than the Seasonic S12III you asked about earlier, maybe even worse. You really need to increase your budget to get an acceptable model. This would be minimally acceptable-Is 600W Chieftec iArena series enough for Ryzen 5 1600, Saphire Nitro RX 470 4GB and 8GB RAM ?
