+ How's my build? Will all the parts be compatible with one another?

Solution
That motherboard is great, but since your CPU is an unlocked version, get a Z97 motherboard, like an ASUS Maximus VII Ranger or an AsRock Z97 Extreme4 motherboard.(Yes,they are a bit more expensive than the Gigabyte mobo, but with a build like that, you need a Z97 motherboard)
The first PSU (XFX Core 750W) is a better option, since it's a higher tiered PSU than the EVGA Supernova NEX.
Your build is awesome and it should last you for a very long time.
Yes,the parts are compatible with each other. :)

Thnx for the help! :) I'd totally get that PSU but unfortunately Amazon US won't ship it to here in Ireland and I'm only getting the parts on the US site because of the cheaper exchange rate 🙁

Awesome, thnx for the help! 😀 Little sneaky side question: Does it matter if I'm ordering the PSU from the US and getting it delivered to Ireland? Will it work ok? 😱

But will it work here in Ireland/UK because of the different electrical ports?

Yeah I'll check out the prices and see what's better. Is it even that important to OC or is it just another cool feature to have on top of the default speeds.? (I know the basics of overclocking but I've never actually done it D: )

Will the not overcloked intel core i7 4790k be better than my current AMD FX 4100?

And what cons is there to OCing? Does it just make the CPU hotter?

That PSU will work fine anywhere in the world as long as you have the right plug for it. If you order it from US Amazon it'll come with a US plug for sure, I can't say if it changes if you order on the UK Amazon but I'd imagine it does. If you're forced to order from the US site all you'll need is a US to UK plug adapter or a UK power cord from the wall to the PSU. If you go with the adapter just be wary about the quality, some of them can be very poorly made and that's not something you want to skimp on when you're running several hundred watts through it.

Could you link me a few good adapters you'd recommend? :)

Thanks for all the help! :) Very last question (sry lol).. How do I determine the quality of an adapter before I buy it online?

I have 16gb ram from my rig that I'm using now so I don't think I need any more. Not sure of the brand tho :-\
