What PSU is the best for my build?

I was looking for some advice on PSU's since I'm having troubles with mine, recently bought this build:
i7 7700k
MSI GTX 1070
MSI z270 Pro Gaming Carbon
2x 8GB Corsair VENGEANCE Led Red 3000MHz
NZXT Kraken x62 liquid cooling
NZXT s340 case w/ 2 120mm fans
SAMSUNG SSD 850 EVO 250GB
and for my PSU I bought a Corsair CX650m 80+ Bronze 650Watt.

My actual PSU can't handle everything, when everything is connected it only turns on the radiator fans for 0.5sec then off and nothing else turns on, when I only connect the motherboard, ram and CPU it turns on, even the video card (without connecting to the PSU) it runs smoothly.

What PSU would you guys recommend? Since 650W doesn't seem to be working on this one even though I've seen reviews with 550W with the same stuff and I am considering buying a CoolerMaster V1000

the 7700k and 1070 combo uses abt 400W. so with a little headroom to consider a good 500-550W will do :

I doubt its the psu , that's what a 350w build max maybe with everything running 100%.

I think your issue lies elsewhere

When did you lose your sense of fun go back to playing WOW and be serious all day . That power supply is worth more than his system ,as if he would buy one his house fuses would probably blow

Thanks for clarifying that out. The problem was indeed me, I connected the floppy connector from my PSU to the fans input on the motherboard which was preventing a short.
