cpu: i5-2500k (will overclock 3.8-4.0)
mobo: msi p67a-gd65
cooler: cooler master hyper 212 plus
ram: g.skill ripjaws 12800 (2x2gb)
odd: samsung superwrite sh-s2223l
hdd: spingpoint f3 1tb
gpu: 2x msi hd6850 cyclone
case: still searching
etc: case fans (2-3 of them)

I'm guessing I will need 700w and over. However, I cannot buy a Corsair brand PSU; they go beyond $250 for a 700w one. If I can run this build with no stability issues with 600w then I can buy corsair cx 600 for $80-100.

Right now I have my eyes on these PSUs:
cooler master gx-750 (a well-known brand compared to the other two) ($130)
huntkey hk700 (aside from a guy from YouTube who has it in his or her build, everyone seems to bash this one) ($80)
powerex legend 700w (plus 80 bronze certified) ($100)

huntkey and powerex products are commonly found in S.Korea, not in U.S or elsewhere. They have no reviews done by sites such as Toms, making them really untrustworthy.

Please give me tips on which PSU I should go with. Also if there are any changes I should make for other parts, do mention as well.

Thanks for the link. The kill-a-watt meter would be useful if I actually had the product in front of me. Unfortunately, that isn't the case.
Another question: Legend PSU says it uses quad 12v rails; each rail supporting 19A. How much watts does this one supply?

One review i read on the cooler master said that while it can provide 750w, it can only go up to 460w safely because they claimed theirs excess noise on the 3.3v and 5v rails. I currently have it and it seems to provide my single HD6850 fine but i'm returning it to get very similarly price Antec High Current 750W psu. I plan on crossfire at some point is why i chose 750w.
