You dont need anything more than a good 500W-600W unit.
Something like a Corsair RMx 550W or EVGA SUPERNOVA G2 550w or SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 550W should do you just fine.

Correct djoza, but have you seen the prices for PSUs right now?

To be honest right now is a horrible time to build. Due to Covid it's hard to ship things from China right now where everything is assembled. If you can wait, wait. Things will return to normal. Hopefully.

Look for a corsair cx550 at a minimum. I'd personally feel more comfortable with the cx650 model, but that on is $85.

If it goes out of stock, keep your eyes peeled for the next time its in stock.
