Mb:asus m5a78l-m plus/usb3
Vid card: rx460 4gb msi
Ram: 4gb

Also consider another 4GB of RAM, 8GB should be minimum with any modern system, even workstation.

Since you probably won't be OC'ing with that board, you can get away with a 400W minimum if you don't plan on any future gfx card upgrades.

thanks everyone i think i am going to buy the seasonic s12||-430. and i will upgrade ram in the future i currently have hyperx 1866mhz ram
