I would highly recommend swapping that A320 to a B350 or B450 motherboard for overclocking as Ryzen benefits from it. If money is tight then change over the GTX 1060 (6gb?) to the RX 580 as they perform similarly and the AMD should be a bit cheaper.

Okay thanks for the help. I will change the motherboard to a b350 if ryzen really benefits from overclocking, but if i overclock will the stock cooler be enough? Also i will buy the 1060 second hand for about €100 cheaper so the price of that shouldn’t be a problem.

The Deepcool Gammax 400 is also a cheap and decent CPU cooler (I got one on sale for a about $17) that can help your overclock fairly substantially over the stock cooler. Your case should fit it fine, although it depends on whether you care about the extra overclock capacity.

What does a modest overclock mean? Does it mean i could overclock to 3.9 ghz with the stock cooler on full speed, or should i buy a cooler if i go that high?
Modest is about 3.8ghz although some have been fortunate to push 4ghz on the stock cooler, comes down to silicon lottery. You could literally have 10 of the same CPU's and get 10 difference results. I'd start at the 3.4ghz boost clock and work you way up from there, adjust voltage as needed with the cap being 1.4V. Some have gone higher but I would worry about electromigration.
