Atm I have a cx500m, but im afraid he'll fail and take my components with it. Because the green labeled cx psu's are bad.
Specs:
Asrock Z97 pro4
M.2 256gb ssd
Msi aero gtx 1650 oc
4 × 4 gb hyperx ddr3 ram

Since im afraid my psu will fail, Im planning on buying a new one, but my budget is very low.
So I found these working psu's on marketplace and was wondering which one is best:
Coolermaster real power M520.
Corsair HX520W
Corsair cs500m
Sharkoon sha350-8p
Coolermaster Igreen power 600w
Bequiet straight power 400w

Which one should I buy and why?

I assume these are all "used" in some way or another.

The Corsair HX520 was a pretty good PC when introduced..........but that was over 10 years ago.

We have NO idea how old these PSUs are and we don't know whether they have been abused or treated lightly.

Like the lottery.........you need luck.

Not enough info provided, but it's highly probable you can't get the info you would need to properly evaluate a bunch of used power supplies.

You may be causing a problem by replacing with a cheap psu.
Particularly if it is a used unit.
You seem to be doing ok now.
While the Corsair may have a reputation for premature failure, I do not think it is a dangerous unit if it should fail.
Your graphics card is not now putting much stress on the psu.
If you are contemplating a much stronger future graphics card upgrade, here is a chart as to what you might need:

When you buy the next psu, buy only a high quality unit.
Not knowing anything else, look at the warranty.
If it is 7 years or more, it is likely a quality psu.

With All of those, you are trading the Devil you know, for the Devil you don't know.

You know the cx500m isn't a great psu, but average lifespan of those psus was 18 months. Most of that was due to ppl using oversized gpus in gaming pc's with very heavy use, on the cheapest name brand psu to be found. Totally inappropriate usage and they died. And ppl blamed the psu, not themselves and their inappropriate use.

Corsair stopped making the HX520 10ish years ago, your psu isn't as high quality as that old Seasonic built psu, but it's several years newer. Same really applies to all those psus, you'd be buying a psu that's worse than the green label CS, older than the CS, and all of questionable past use.

Keep your psu. Corsair psus very, very rarely ever do downstream damage, they very, very rarely blow up unlike most other cheap psus, if anything they tend to just up and die quietly one day.

If it's Straight Power 10 it's the one to go for. By far the best internal design and the best fan. But if it's E5, E6, E7, E8 or E9 it's as worst as your other options.

Does not exist. You mean CS550M?
Its E7. And yes, I meant CS550M. Btw, I also found a coolermaster ucp 700W 80+ silver. Hows that one?

Not that bad and probably a better option than any you posted so see no need to change. The "Green" Corsairs that are considered of low unsuitable quality are the CX (-M) series.
CX, CXM, CS, CSM, VS or any other Corsair with solid green or light blue colored lettering below the TXM series (European and Asiatic markets had some models not sold in the US). The older HX, VX were exceptions, but are so old now that degradation of the capacitors basically now renders them unsuitable as well, regardless of quality. Even the older gold colored RM//TXM/AX or dark blue HX series are somewhat suspect due to age. Back then, standard warranty was 0-1yr for cheap, 3 years was really decent and 5 years was outstanding.

Very old and not reliable anymore.
coolermaster ucp 700W 80+ silver
14 year old group regulated unit.
I meant CS550M
The best of all the units you mentioned. By far the most recent, can't be older than 8 - 9 years, and pretty decent PSU with a LLC platform from Great Wall. Weak point is the sleeve bearing fan. Depends on the price if it's worth to buy. I wouldn't spend more than $/€15-20 on it. New it was around €70 over here in NL.

That's not a CS550M inside the case.

But why do you want to buy a used PSU. Compared to new units a used one is very expensive. https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1663416/seasonic-b12-bc-550.html for example gives you a pretty decent unit for a low price and with https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1734002/corsair-tx650m-2021.html you buy a high quality unit for only €65.
