Am heading out at the moment, have to add a few drops to an office for their network (can't be doing messy work during office hours ) can put up a build in a few hours

Sorry, took so long, but how about the ASRock Z87 Pro 4, with a Intel i3 4330, GSkill 2x4GB RJ X 1600/9 (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL), the same WD Blue 1 TB used above, same GPU Asus 770 CU model, for a PSU the SeaSonic S12II 620, and case is a matter of preference, but the Zalman Z9 is a nice one and I think about 72 Euros, should come out at about 755 in Euros

Ok, I suggest choosing the XFX pro Core edition 550w. The XFX pro core edition uses Japanese capacitors and is manufactured with Seasonic components inside. Seasonic make the best PSUs available.

Sweet!, no real need for the H100, can use a Hyper 212 EVO which will more than suffice.

My 3570k is overclocked to 4.2 from 3.4, using a corsair h-55, and run 30*C at idle to 64*C under prime95 small fft's. You could expect roughly the same with a hyper212 at 4.2-4.3 OC. A h-80i works well for higher OC, the h-100i is suited to more extreme OC. The exceptions to this is if you run your pc in higher ambient temps like some ppl from India reported 35-40*C temps then the higher cooling capacity of a h-100i was warranted for a mild OC.

My IB 3570K is at 4.7 w/ a Hyper 212 EVO and idles in the low/mid 30s been running like that since they released the IBs, back in early 2012
