What psu should I choose??

Sorry, took so long, but how about the ASRock Z87 Pro 4, with a Intel i3 4330, GSkill 2x4GB RJ X 1600/9 (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL), the same WD Blue 1 TB used above, same GPU Asus 770 CU model, for a PSU the SeaSonic S12II 620, and case is a matter of preference, but the Zalman Z9 is a nice one and I think about 72 Euros, should come out at about 755 in Euros

My 3570k is overclocked to 4.2 from 3.4, using a corsair h-55, and run 30*C at idle to 64*C under prime95 small fft's. You could expect roughly the same with a hyper212 at 4.2-4.3 OC. A h-80i works well for higher OC, the h-100i is suited to more extreme OC. The exceptions to this is if you run your pc in higher ambient temps like some ppl from India reported 35-40*C temps then the higher cooling capacity of a h-100i was warranted for a mild OC.
