What PSU should I choose??

Hello,
I'm about to build a PC for the first time, but I have one doubt about what PSU I should buy. If you guys don't mind I'll use the New System Build guide to tell you the parts I'm thinking of buying.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This week

BUDGET RANGE: 600-750

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Watching movies, surfing web, gaming, listening to music

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, already got 2 HDD's: WD Green 1TB HD & WD 160GB 7200RPM HD

PARTS PREFERENCES: CPU=Intel Core i5-750

RAM=G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (will be upgraded to 8GB)
GPU=SPARKLE SXS2501024D3L-NM GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256-bit GDDR3
Tower=Antec TWO HUNDRED S Black ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
DVD=LG DVD Burner Black SATA Model GH22NS50

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe in the future

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

Now the only thing missing is the PSU. The Antec two hundred has combo's that have two good PSU I saw. The option are:
Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W
Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W

Which should I choose? Does the 3 +12V Rails in the antec earthwatts ea650 make it better than the antec neo eco 620c? Help me choose!!

I would go for the 620 with it's single 48a 12v rail; you may never use 2 video cards. I believe it's better to upgrade with a single faster video card when the time comes, and sell your old one.

ps rail balancing is rather annoying!

Not only that, but the 620 actually has more useable power - 48 amps to 45 amps.

Yea, I agree with the others. The 620 is the way to go.

Although number of rails is a non-issue, jsc's point is well taken. Be aware that the Neo Eco does not come with a power cord, so unless you have one, you'll need to buy it separately.

One other thing; with a resolution of 1920x1080, you may want a stronger GPU. Take a look at a GTS260 if you prefer nVidia, or a HD4870 or HD5770 for ATi.
