What PSU Should I Get For These Components?

CPU: Skylake Core i5 6600
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB (Will Upgrade)
RAM: HyperX Fury Black Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 2133MHz DDR4

Also are all those parts compatible together?

AS long as you never plan on having a gfx card any bigger than that GTX 750 Ti, you won't need much more than a good quality 300/350W PSU. But if it were me, I'd plan for the future an get something in the 550W - 650W range. What's your budget for a PSU?
