What PSU should i get??, my budget is 300$

Hi guys, I got problem, because im thinking in buying a R9 280 OC from gigabyte so the thing is that I need a new power supply too, and my budget for this is 300$ ,nothing more, so i need a power supply that supports this graphics card. I forgot to metion that thos 300$ are for the GPU and PSU both, so, help please!!

80+ is good, there is no doubting that, but it is not 100% necessary, and yes, PSU's do not output the full power rating, and will degrade over years of use, but getting a higher than needed wattage PSU is always necessary, oh and one more thing, the wattage rated is usually peak watts, not standard running watts.
Shouldnt i get a 80 plus psu? I mean i have cooler master extreme 600w but i read several reviews that says my power supply dont give more than 460 watts or something like that, idk, i would preffer 80 plus psu´s like the EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750B1 but with that one i get 4$ more (304$) and that is out of my range, unless i find the same but cheaper...
 
Use a PSU calculator to check what you really need. Just Google "PSU Calculator." Here's just one of many:

Then just check Newegg or Amazon for sales to get the price you need.
Sounds like what you have is adequate.
 

I would not recommend using these as they vary drastically from each one to another, if you are going to to the math, to the research on your component wattages then.
